At DM Plastics & Steel, our values guide every decision—from the workshop to the worksite.
Clear decision-making, honest lead times, accountable delivery, and long-term relationships. These aren’t slogans — they’re how we operate every day on the floor and in the field.
No job is worth doing if it can’t be done safely. Safety is everyone’s responsibility, so we plan, train and operate with a zero-harm mindset and the discipline to stop work when something isn’t right.
We work together to deliver the best outcomes. Collaboration, technical rigour and continuous improvement underpin the quality of our pipe and fittings, and the reliability our customers count on.
We do the right thing and we do what we say we will do. Clear communication, honest lead times and accountable follow-through build trust on every project.
We embrace openness, trust and teamwork. We value diversity and build relationships that are mutually beneficial—within our team, with our partners and across the communities we serve.
A “one-team” culture defines us — early issue escalation, open communication, accountability and technical expertise.
This mindset is why customers describe us as easy to deal with and why our partnerships last decades.
DM Plastics & Steel operates from a 1.6-hectare site at Dry Creek, Adelaide. The location and layout give our customers real advantages: the greatest number of adaptable PE extrusion machines in South Australia to produce an extensive range of pipe classes, sizes and lengths; and production lines that combine state-of-the-art techniques with streamlined systems to meet order requirements efficiently.
We currently manufacture pipe and supply fittings from 16mm to 630mm in diameter.
This gives us one of SA’s most adaptable extrusion footprints.
At DM Plastics & Steel, we don’t just offer jobs, we offer the opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable South Australian manufacturer.
Many of our employees have been with us for 10, 20 and even 30 years because we’ve built a workplace where people are respected, supported and given the opportunity to develop. We believe in working safely, producing quality products, taking pride in what we do and looking after each other as one team.
Whether you’re starting your career or bringing years of experience, we’re always interested in people who share our values, have a positive attitude and want to make a genuine contribution.
