PRODUCTS & SPECIFICATIONS

What sizes, SDR’s and pressure classes do you manufacture?
  • We manufacture 16mm – 630 mm Metric PE pipe in SDR7.4–SDR41, covering PN4–PN25 depending on the diameter.
  • We manufacture 20mm – 90mm Rural pipe in PN8.5 (850kPa) in pressure.
  • SDR = wall ratio (Outer Dimension ÷ wall thickness).
  • PN = pressure rating. Lower SDR = thicker wall = higher PN.

Yes, we supply both coils and straight lengths. Our coils start from 16mm up to and including 160mm. Straight Lengths come in diameters 16mm – 630mm in 6m, 12m and 20m lengths.

  • Blue: potable (drinking) water
  • Yellow: gas
  • Cream: sewer
  • Red: fire
  • Lilac: recycled
  • White co-ex: Lo-Heat / visibility
  • Orange/White: conduit (electrical/comms)

Yes, absolutely, custom colour orders are subject to minimum production quantities and feasibility. We also offer alternate skinned/stripes and Lo-Heat options.

FAQs

Design & Selection

How do I select the right PN/SDR?

Match:

  • Design pressure & maximum operating pressures
  • Surge allowance
  • Operating temperature
  • Installation method (above-ground vs. underground applications)

If you need assistance with determining your specification, we provide engineering support and guidance. Contact our team today for assistance with your project details.

PE loses pressure capacity as temperature rises — follow POP013; we assist with calculations to ensure best product selection.

Typically 20–30 × OD depending on SDR.

Yes — PE is UV-stabilised; white co-ex improves heat performance and product longevity.

FAQs

Installation & Joining

Which methods are recommended?
  • Butt fusion
  • Electrofusion
  • Mechanical fittings (where appropriate)

We provide parameters, WPS and QA guidance.

Yes — PE suits HDD, slip-lining, pipe-bursting and curved alignments.

FAQs

Handling, Storage & Transport

How should PE be handled and stored?
  • Avoid sharp edges & dragging
  • Store coils flat
  • Protect from hot surfaces
  • Secure loads to prevent deformation

FAQs

Testing, Quality & Traceability

Do you provide batch certificates?

Yes — we offer full batch traceability, MTCs and test records available.

100 years when installed correctly.
